Bradley Rogers is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in supply chain management, strategic operations, and leadership development. Currently serving as Supply Chain Planning Director at PepsiCo Beverages North America, Brad is committed to driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Current Role
​
In his role as Supply Chain Planning Director, Brad leads a team focused on optimizing the PepsiCo Beverages North America supply network. He develops and implements strategies to mitigate risks, improve operational resilience, and streamline supply chain processes. Brad works closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Short-Term Supply Planning, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Additionally, he drives the development and enhancement of modeling tools to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Previous Senior Manager Role

Before assuming his current role, Brad served as Senior Manager for Supply Chain Planning and Strategic Operations at PepsiCo. In this position, he oversaw the optimization of the PepsiCo Beverages North America supply network. Brad was instrumental in launching new product packaging, enhancing operational modeling tools, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration with various business sectors. His leadership ensured efficient supply chain operations and supported PepsiCo’s commitment to delivering innovation and excellence in its products and processes.

Brad’s career began on the manufacturing plant floor in upstate New York as an hourly worker. His dedication, coupled with strong mentorship and a relentless drive for success, propelled him to progressively senior roles.

Brad transitioned into department management roles, first in upstate New York and later in Aberdeen, Maryland, where he overcame complex challenges that refined his leadership skills and operational expertise. -
Warehouse Management in Atlanta:
As a Warehouse Department Manager, Brad revitalized underperforming operations, creating a culture of safety, engagement, and productivity. He oversaw end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation, delivering double-digit improvements in capacity, efficiency, and cost savings. -
Regional Leadership in White Plains, NY:
From January 2021 to March 2023, Brad served as Regional Manager for Supply Chain Planning, leading supply chain operations across the Northeastern US. He achieved significant milestones, including the lowest out-of-stock (OOS) ratios nationally during the global pandemic. His efforts ensured operational agility and customer satisfaction in a volatile supply chain environment.

He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Fairfield University, driven by his passion for advancing research in leadership and supply chain management.
His doctoral work will focus on transformational leadership styles in supply chain management, exploring how effective leadership can drive innovation, efficiency, and positive change within the industry.
Brad has also earned several credentials and certifications, including Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt and Graduate Certificates in Business Management and Supply Chain Management. His professional affiliations include memberships in the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM).
Personal Interests and Contributions:

Outside of work, Brad is an avid collector of vinyl records from multiple genres. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Briana, and their dog, Peeps. They have a permanent residence just north of New Haven, Connecticut, and enjoy vacationing in various tropical locations both inside and outside the US. Brad and Briana are also enthusiasts of the local art and museum scene, often exploring and appreciating the cultural offerings in their area.
