About Brad

Bradley Rogers is a senior supply chain executive with over 17 years of experience transforming complex supply networks into engines of growth and resilience.

Currently a Supply Chain Planning Director at PepsiCo, Brad leads PBNA’s North Division Command Center, a cross-functional hub delivering real-time supply chain intelligence. He has designed AI-powered tools that proactively prevent service gaps, launched nationwide packaging initiatives, and overseen multi-year international network strategy planning.

Brad’s leadership philosophy blends operational depth with strategic foresight. He began his career on the factory floor, gaining an unmatched understanding of systems, people, and process. Today, he mentors rising leaders while managing enterprise-scale initiatives across manufacturing, logistics, engineering, and procurement.

He holds an MBA from Penn State and is currently completing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Fairfield University, researching the impact of AI model adoption on supply chain performance.

Brad has spoken at industry conferences including the Retail Supply Chain & Logistics Expo and OPEX USA, and contributes thought leadership to ASCM, and his own platform.

When not optimizing networks, Brad enjoys vinyl records, reading, and spending time with his wife in Connecticut.
